Company settings page - this page contains the main settings that are applied by default when creating new plans, visits, and vehicles

Optimization preference

Select one of the three optimization types:

Optimize - the optimal scenario for determining the required number of vehicles based on the number of visits in the plan

Visits - optimization based on load distribution among vehicles by visit

Time - optimization based on load distribution among vehicles by operating time

It will be saved as the default optimization method for new plans.

Visits settings

Duration - Default visit duration; used when creating new visits or importing a file containing visits, unless a different duration is specified
Squash duration - Allows reducing time for multiple deliveries to the same address (e.g., if a base visit is 5 min, setting squash duration: 2 results in a total of 7 min instead of 10 for two visits).

Working hours - Use these fields to set the start and end times for shifts for new vehicles
Optimization preference - Set the default for new plans.
Breaks - Set the default lunch for new plans

You can create separate confirmation templates and use them for different types of parcels, or edit them manually as needed, even when the vehicle is already on the route.
