Payment and subscription management#
Welcome to the Billing info section. This page serves as the central hub for managing your finances within the system: from selecting a pricing plan to viewing your transaction history and setting up payment methods.
Subscription management (Billing and Shop tabs)#
Billing tab (Overview)#
Here you can see the current status of your account:Current Plan: Displays the plan name, the date of the next payment, and the progress of the points limit usage.Manage plan: Перехід на вкладку Shop для вибору нового тарифу.
Subscription: Displays the details of your current subscription: price, total number of visits per month and start date.Cancel plan: Cancel automatic subscription renewal (services will remain available until the end of the paid period).
Payment Method: Payment Method: Your linked cards.Update +: Click this button to go to the secure Stripe page. There, you can add a new card, change your default payment method or delete old details.
Transaction history: At the bottom of the page, you will find a table showing your payments.
You can check the payment status (Paid/Pending).
Check the number of visits purchased and the account validity period.
Downloading invoices: Click on the download icon next to the amount to obtain a PDF file
Shop tab (Subscription settings)#
If your business needs higher limits or you want to save money:Payment period: Select ‘1 month’, ‘6 months’ (10% discount) or ‘yearly’ (15% discount).
Visits slider: Set the exact number of visits you need per month.
Upgrade button: Once you have selected your options, click ‘Upgrade’. The system will redirect you to the Stripe page to securely confirm payment under the new terms.If you require more points, please contact us via the form on the website or via the support chat in your account.
Blocking policy#
We understand that delays can occur in business, which is why we have introduced a loyalty scheme:Exceeding the limit: If you have used up all your points, we allow you to continue working until the excess reaches 10% of your plan’s allowance. This gives you time to upgrade your subscription without interrupting your logistics operations.
Late payment: If the scheduled payment has not gone through (for example, due to insufficient funds on the card), you have a 24-hour grace period. During this time, your account remains active, and the amount due for these 24 hours will be added to your next bill.
Blocking: Your account will be automatically blocked 24 hours after a failed payment attempt. To restore access, simply update your payment details or top up your balance.
Pricing model: What are you paying for?#
The system uses a flexible payment model based on the volume of your work. The main metric is visits (points).Unique points: When organizing a Plan (your group of routes), we only count unique waypoints based on their coordinates. If you start a separate Plan with identical points, they will be counted as a new set of data for that specific plan.
API requests: For API users, the count is based on the number of unique coordinates per day.
