Cancel subscription

❌ How to Cancel Your Subscription#

Step 1. Go to your billing settings
Open the Billing Info section in the left sidebar menu (make sure you are on the Billing tab).
Step 2. Locate the subscription block
Find the central Subscription block, which displays the details of your upcoming automatic renewal.
Step 3. Cancel the plan
Click the red Cancel plan button in the bottom right corner of this block.
Step 4. Confirm the successful cancellation
The system will instantly process your request and display a Success pop-up window with the message "Your plan has been cancelled successfully". Click the green OK button to close the window. After this, the status badge in the Subscription block will change to a red Cancelled.
Step 5. Renew at any time (Optional)
If you change your mind, you can easily reactivate your subscription at any moment by clicking the Manage plan.

ℹ️ What Happens After Cancellation (Billing Logic)#

Canceling your automatic subscription renewal does not mean you immediately lose access:
1.
Access until the end of the period: Your current plan (in the Current Plan block) remains fully active. All points (visits) you have purchased are saved and remain available for use until the end of your current billing cycle (until the date indicated as the End date).
2.
No further automatic payments: Canceling only stops the auto-renewal. The system will no longer charge your linked payment card for the next billing period.
3.
Plan termination: As soon as your current paid period ends, the plan will be permanently deactivated.
4.
Flexible reactivation: You can renew or restart your subscription plan whenever you need it. The functionality to manage and activate a new plan remains available to you at any time.
