Plan Upgrade

🚀 How to Upgrade Your Plan (Increase the Amount of Visits)#

Step 1. Go to your plan settings
Open the Billing Info section in the left sidebar menu. In the Current Plan block, click the Manage plan link, or simply navigate to the Shop tab at the top of the screen.
Step 2. Select the new amount of visits
On the plan settings page, use the slider to increase the amount of points (visits) to your desired value. On the right, you will see the estimated cost of the new plan.
Step 3. Confirm the upgrade
Click the Upgrade button.
Step 4. Automatic payment
Since a payment card is already saved in your account (visible in the Payment Method block), you do not need to re-enter your details. The system will generate the payment, and you can confirm the quick checkout.

ℹ️ How the Upgrade Cost is Calculated#

To ensure you don't overpay, the system uses a flexible prorated calculation:
1.
Instant partial payment for the current period: Upon clicking the upgrade button, the system calculates the cost only for the additional visits until the end of your current billing period. This prorated amount is charged to your card immediately.
2.
Instant limit increase: As soon as the payment is successful, the new visits are immediately added to your current balance.
3.
Regular subscription update: Your subscription will automatically update. Starting from the next billing cycle (the date indicated as the Renewal date), your card will be charged the new full amount for the upgraded plan.
