We use a PWA (Progressive Web App) as our mobile app — this is a modern technology that allows your couriers to use the website as a fully-fledged mobile app.
How to get started (a quick guide for couriers)#
Before you start, please make sure you have registered and checked with your administrator that you have been given the role of courier.

First Step
Open the link to the RouteStripe login page in your phone’s system browser (Chrome for Android or Safari for iPhone).

Second Step
Tap the browser menu button (the three dots or the “Share” arrow).
Select “Add to Home Screen”.

Third Step
Complete the setup; if necessary, change the name of the PWA.
Find the app icon on the home screen and open it.
The app will open on the login page; please log in
