Plan Downgrade

📉 How to Downgrade Your Plan (Decrease the Amount of Visits)#

chrome_ZvRPda8CLI.gif
Step 1. Go to your plan settings
Open the Billing Info section in the left sidebar menu. In the Current Plan block, click the Manage plan link, or simply navigate to the Shop tab at the top of the screen.
Step 2. Select the new amount of visits
On the plan settings page, use the slider to decrease the amount of points (visits) to your new desired value. On the right, you will see the estimated cost of the new, lower-tier plan.
Step 3. Confirm the downgrade
Click the Downgrade (or Update) button to confirm your new plan settings.

ℹ️ How Downgrading Works#

When you choose to downgrade your plan, the changes are applied seamlessly without disrupting your current workflow:
1.
No immediate changes to current limits: Your current plan, along with the higher limit of visits you have already paid for, remains fully active until the end of the current billing period. No points are deducted right now.
2.
No immediate charges or transactions: The system does not charge your card, nor does it issue partial refunds for the current period.
3.
Scheduled subscription update: The downgraded plan will automatically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle (the date indicated as the Renewal date). From that day forward, your card will be charged the new, lower amount, and your monthly limits will be adjusted to the new plan.
