Reset password

How to Reset Your Password#

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily restore access to your account by following these steps.

1. Go to the Login Page#

On the login page, locate the “Forgot password?” section, below the login fields and click the “Reset” link to the right of it.

2. Enter Your Email#

You will be redirected to the Reset your password page.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Click the blue Send link button.

3. Check Your Email#

The system will send you an email with the subject line “Reset Password Notification”.
Open the email from Routestripe. If you don’t see it, check your Spam folder
Click the “Reset Password” button in the middle of the email.
The link is valid for only 60 minutes. If you didn’t click it in time, repeat the procedure starting from the first step.
If the button doesn’t work, copy the long link at the bottom of the email and paste it into your browser’s address bar.

4. Create a New Password#

After clicking the link, the final “Reset your password” form will open.

Your email address will be automatically filled in the first field

In the second field, enter your new password.

In the third field, confirm it (enter the same password again).

Click the RESET button in the lower right corner, and you will be logged into RouteStripe.

Password requirements#

The password must be:
At least 8 characters
At least one lower-case letter
At least one upper-case letter
At least one number
At least one special character (e.g. @, #, $, !, &).
If you have entered the data incorrectly, the system will display a red notification in the top right corner (for example, ‘The password must be at least 8 characters’). Check your keyboard layout and Caps Lock.
